Warranty-authorized service provider
The go-to technicians for Fulgor Milano wall, steam & speed ovens in BC
Fix Cheetah is authorized to perform Fulgor Milano manufacturer-warranty repairs, and we fix out-of-warranty Fulgor Milano appliances with the same training and genuine parts.
Fulgor Milano oven repair covers a wide family of built-in ovens: 30-inch single and double wall ovens in the Sofia professional style, plus 24-inch and 30-inch steam ovens and speed ovens in the brand's sleeker collections. Steam models combine true convection with a steam system fed from a water reservoir. Speed ovens add a microwave mode to convection cooking and air fry. Many models include meat probes and dozens of cooking functions, each using a different combination of elements and fans, and warming drawers are often installed below to complete the column.
Fix Cheetah is warranty-authorized for Fulgor Milano ovens and repairs them under eligible warranty and after coverage ends. We test elements, sensors, convection fans, door locks and controls, plus the steam pump and boiler on steam ovens and the high-voltage microwave system on speed ovens, then quote before chargeable work. Every repair uses genuine Fulgor Milano parts. We serve kitchens across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley from Surrey, the Sea-to-Sky corridor from our Whistler base, and further destinations on scheduled trips.

5 Most Common Fulgor Milano Oven Issues and How to Fix Them
Fulgor Milano steam oven not steaming
Scale is the usual reason a Fulgor Milano steam oven stops producing steam. Minerals collect in the boiler and water path until the pump can't push water through, and you'll see weak steam, water left sitting in the reservoir or a descaling prompt. Refill the reservoir with fresh water, seat it fully and run a descaling cycle as the manual describes. Homes on harder Fraser Valley or well water need it more often. If steam doesn't come back after descaling, we test the pump and boiler.
Fulgor Milano speed oven microwave not heating
A Fulgor speed oven is really two ovens in one, convection and microwave, each with its own heat source. If convection and air fry work but microwave mode leaves food cold, the magnetron, a high-voltage component or a door interlock switch has failed. Check that the door closes firmly and that you've actually selected a microwave or combination mode. Don't open the casing; microwave capacitors can hold a lethal charge. We test that system using proper high-voltage procedures and replace the failed part.
Fulgor Milano oven not reaching temperature
Sofia wall ovens, and the convection side of steam ovens, fall short of temperature when an element fails, the temperature sensor drifts or a relay won't close. With so many cooking functions, each mode uses a different mix of elements, so note which ones underperform. If bake is fine and convection is slow, the rear element is the suspect. An oven thermometer on the centre rack tells you how far off it is. We confirm the fault with a calibrated thermometer and resistance tests.
Fulgor Milano convection fan noisy
A grinding, rattling or whining noise from the back of a Fulgor oven usually means the convection fan motor's bearings are wearing out. Sometimes the noise is just a rack or tray touching the fan cover, so empty the oven and run convection to check. A fan that has slowed or stopped gives uneven cooking, with one side browning faster than the other. Replacing the motor restores even heat, and on built-in units it can mean partly sliding the oven out, which we plan for ahead of time.
Fulgor Milano oven door not sealing
Fulgor's multi-pane doors are heavy, and over time the hinges wear and the gasket flattens or tears. You'll feel heat at the top of the door, see condensation on the glass or notice that dishes take longer. With the oven cold, close the door on a strip of paper at a few points around the edge; if it slides out easily, the seal isn't holding there. Don't lift the door off its hinges yourself. New hinges and a gasket bring cooking performance back.
From steam and speed ovens to Sofia wall ovens, we diagnose the fault, fit genuine Fulgor Milano parts under warranty or on a quoted repair, and serve Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and the Sea-to-Sky corridor.

Fulgor Milano Oven Repair FAQ
What should I prepare for a Fulgor Milano oven warranty repair?
Have the model and serial number from the label on the oven frame, visible with the door open, and proof of purchase with the date and dealer. Note which mode is affected, especially on steam and speed ovens. We confirm coverage with Fulgor Milano and quote anything outside it.
How often should I descale my Fulgor steam oven?
Follow the oven's descaling prompts. Metro Vancouver's water is soft, so scale builds slowly, but parts of the Fraser Valley and some well-water homes have harder water and need more frequent descaling.
Do you service Fulgor warming drawers too?
Yes. Warming drawers are usually installed with the ovens, and we can check the element, thermostat and drawer slides during the same visit.
