Warranty-authorized service provider
The go-to technicians for Frigidaire wall, steam & speed ovens in BC
Fix Cheetah is authorized to perform Frigidaire manufacturer-warranty repairs, and we fix out-of-warranty Frigidaire appliances with the same training and genuine parts.
Frigidaire oven repair usually means a wall oven: 27-inch or 30-inch single and double models, or combination units that put a microwave above a full-size oven. Frigidaire Gallery and Frigidaire Professional wall ovens offer Total Convection with cooking modes like Air Fry and No Preheat, temperature probes, and both steam clean and self-clean. Because a wall oven is built into cabinetry, repairs often involve pulling the unit forward safely and supporting its weight. Heat-related problems can also affect the surrounding cabinets if they're left too long.
Fix Cheetah is warranty-authorized for Frigidaire wall ovens and repairs them both under eligible warranty and on a paid basis once coverage ends. We test elements, the temperature sensor, door lock, convection system and control board, and on combination units the microwave section too, before quoting. Genuine Frigidaire parts are used for every repair. Our Surrey team works across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, the Whistler team covers the Sea-to-Sky corridor, and we schedule trips to outlying and island communities.

5 Most Common Frigidaire Wall Oven Issues and How to Fix Them
Frigidaire oven not heating
When a Frigidaire wall oven won't get hot, there are four usual suspects: the bake element, the broil element, the temperature sensor and a relay on the control board. On a double oven, note whether one cavity or both are affected, because that narrows things quickly. Look at the elements for blistering or a break, check the oven isn't in delay or Sabbath mode, and reset the breaker. If it still won't heat, we measure each part before replacing anything.
Frigidaire oven F10 error code
F10 on a Frigidaire oven is a runaway-temperature code: the control believes the oven is too hot, or heating when it shouldn't be. If the oven is hot and showing F10, switch it off at the breaker, not just the keypad, and leave it off. The usual cause is the oven temperature sensor, followed by a stuck relay on the control board and damaged wiring. Don't keep clearing the code and cooking. F10 needs a proper repair before the oven goes back into use.
Frigidaire oven door locked after self-clean
Self-clean pushes the oven to extreme heat, and the door lock motor or its switch is a common casualty. If the oven has cooled completely and the door still won't release, cancel the cycle and turn the breaker off for a minute so the control resets. Still locked? Don't force the handle, because a bent latch turns a lock repair into a door repair. We'll free the door without damage and fit a new lock assembly or switch. For light soil, Frigidaire's steam clean is far gentler on these parts.
Frigidaire wall oven convection not working
Total Convection on Frigidaire Gallery and Professional wall ovens uses a rear fan with its own element. Patchy browning, Air Fry results that never crisp, or a fan that whirrs, grinds or stays silent all point to the fan motor or that element. Run an empty convection preheat and listen. An oven thermometer on the centre rack confirms whether the cavity is actually reaching temperature. Both parts sit behind the rear panel, so this one is a repair rather than a homeowner fix.
Frigidaire microwave wall oven combo not heating
On a Frigidaire combination wall oven, the microwave above has its own magnetron, high-voltage parts and door switches, completely separate from the oven below. It can run, light up and turn the plate without heating anything. Test it by heating a cup of water for a minute, and make sure the door closes firmly, since a worn latch can stop it. Never open the microwave casing: its capacitor holds a dangerous charge even when unplugged. We test this section separately from the oven.
Whichever cavity is acting up, we'll diagnose it, replace the faulty part with genuine Frigidaire parts under warranty or at a quoted price, and serve homes across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and Sea-to-Sky.

Frigidaire Wall Oven Repair FAQ
What do I need for a Frigidaire wall oven warranty claim?
Have the model and serial number ready, usually printed on a label on the oven frame visible when the door is open, and proof of purchase showing the date and retailer. As a warranty-authorized provider we confirm coverage with Frigidaire before any repair, and anything outside coverage is quoted first.
Can you remove a Frigidaire wall oven from its cabinet for repair?
Yes. Some repairs require sliding the oven forward or out of the cabinet. We bring the right equipment and take care to protect the trim, cabinets and flooring.
Should I repair or replace a Frigidaire double wall oven?
Repair is usually the better choice, especially for double and combination ovens where a replacement must match the existing cut-out. We will diagnose the fault first and give you a clear quote to help you decide.
