Warranty-authorized service provider
The go-to technicians for Blomberg wall, steam & speed ovens in BC
Fix Cheetah is authorized to perform Blomberg manufacturer-warranty repairs, and we fix out-of-warranty Blomberg appliances with the same training and genuine parts.
Blomberg oven repair almost always means an electric wall oven, because Blomberg builds its single wall ovens in 24- and 30-inch widths. The 24-inch models are popular in compact kitchens, where they're often installed under a cooktop or in a tall cabinet, while the 30-inch ovens offer more capacity and self-cleaning. Both use Blomberg's true European convection, with a separate ring element wrapped around the rear fan, as well as an LED display, touch button controls and cool-touch door glass. Built into cabinetry, a wall oven also depends on a cooling fan that moves heat away from the controls and surrounding woodwork. Most owners never notice it until it stops working.
Fix Cheetah is warranty-authorized for Blomberg wall ovens, so in-warranty repairs are handled on the manufacturer's behalf with genuine parts. When coverage has ended, we diagnose the oven, give you a clear quote and only proceed with your approval. Wall ovens sometimes need to be partly pulled from the cabinet to reach wiring and elements, and our technicians take care to protect the trim and support the oven's weight. We work across Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey and the Fraser Valley, and our Whistler team serves Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton.

5 Most Common Blomberg Wall Oven Issues and How to Fix Them
Blomberg oven convection not heating
You select convection, you hear the fan, and the oven still crawls to temperature. On Blomberg's true European convection, the fan has its own ring element wrapped around it, and when that element fails the fan just stirs cool air. Regular bake keeps working from the top and bottom elements, which is why the fault can go unnoticed for weeks. Compare a normal preheat with a convection preheat; a big difference is telling. The ring element sits behind the rear panel, so replacing it is a repair visit.
Blomberg oven door locked after self-clean
On the self-cleaning 30-inch Blomberg ovens, the latch stays engaged until the cavity has cooled, and after a cleaning cycle that can take a while. Wait until the oven is completely cool, then cancel any cycle and switch the breaker off for a minute so the control resets. Don't pry the door open; you can bend the latch or crack the inner glass. If the door is cold and still locked, the lock motor, its switch or the control board needs testing by a technician.
Blomberg wall oven cooling fan noisy
Blomberg wall ovens have a cooling fan that pushes warm air out above the door, keeping heat off the controls and cabinetry. A worn fan rattles or whines, especially at start-up, while a seized one goes quiet and lets heat build. Warning signs include warm cabinet panels, a display that blanks out partway through cooking, and buttons that stop responding once the oven is hot. The fan running on after cooking is normal. Replacing it can mean sliding the oven forward, which we plan for.
Blomberg oven not heating to temperature
If preheats drag on or recipes keep coming out underdone, the temperature sensor may be reading wrong, or the bake or broil element may be weak. Put an oven thermometer on the middle rack and compare it with the display after twenty minutes at a set temperature. A small, steady difference can sometimes be adjusted in the oven's settings if your manual lists a temperature offset. A large or erratic difference needs a sensor and element test. We check sensor resistance and element draw before recommending parts.
Blomberg oven display not working
A blank LED display, or touch buttons that ignore you, can come from moisture, a tripped thermal limit or a failing control board. Steam from opening the door mid-bake can condense behind the panel, and an overheated oven may cut power to protect itself. Switch the breaker off for five minutes, then restore it. If the display comes back but fails again during long bakes, suspect the cooling fan. A display that stays dead needs the control board and its connections tested.
We'll find the cause, fit genuine Blomberg parts under warranty or as a quoted repair, and protect your cabinetry while we work, anywhere from Vancouver and the Fraser Valley to Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton.

Blomberg Wall Oven Repair FAQ
What do I need for a Blomberg wall oven warranty visit?
Have the model and serial number, which are on the rating plate visible on the oven frame when the door is open, and keep your proof of purchase ready. Let us know whether the oven sits under a cooktop or in a tall cabinet. With those details we can confirm coverage and arrive prepared.
Will you need to remove my Blomberg wall oven from the cabinet?
Many repairs, such as elements, sensors and door parts, can be done with the oven in place. Some wiring, cooling fan or control repairs require sliding the oven forward. We support it properly and protect the surrounding cabinetry when we do.
Is the self-cleaning cycle hard on a Blomberg oven?
Self-clean runs at very high temperatures, which can expose weak components like door lock motors, thermal fuses and older control boards. If you use it, stay home during the cycle and call us if the door won't unlock once the oven has fully cooled.
