What We Can Usually Fix the Same Day
Many of the most common failures involve parts our technicians carry every day. For mainstream brands, that often includes drain pumps, water inlet valves, igniters, bake and broil elements, thermal fuses, door switches, defrost heaters and thermostats, evaporator fan motors, belts, idler pulleys and door boot seals.
Problems that are purely mechanical or electrical, such as a clogged drain pump filter, a tripped thermal cut-off or a loose wire connection, can often be sorted in a single visit even when no part is needed at all.
When a Part Has to Be Ordered
Some repairs need model-specific parts, especially main control boards, inverter boards, sealed-system components and parts for European and luxury brands. In those cases we complete the diagnosis the same day, order the correct part, and book the return visit as soon as it arrives, so you are not waiting for a second diagnosis.
In the meantime we will suggest practical workarounds: moving food to a freezer or cooler with ice packs, running a dryer on a no-heat cycle to fluff clothes, or using a working element or burner while the other waits for a part.

Before You Call: Quick Checks
A few quick checks can save time and sometimes the call itself. Make sure the appliance is plugged in and the breaker has not tripped, check that water valves behind the washer or dishwasher are fully open, clean the dishwasher filter and the washer drain pump filter, and confirm the dryer vent is not crushed behind the machine. If none of that helps, we are ready to take it from there.

In many cases, yes. Same-day availability depends on how early you call, where you are and whether the part is one we carry. If we cannot finish the repair today, we can usually diagnose it the same day and order the exact part.
Do you offer same-day service on weekends?
Yes. We are open 7 days a week, and same-day appointments are available on Saturdays and Sundays subject to demand.
What information should I have ready when I call?
