Frigidaire gas oven not heating
A Frigidaire gas oven that takes ages to preheat, or never lights, usually has a tired hot-surface igniter. It still glows orange, but it no longer draws enough current to open the oven gas valve, so the burner lights late or not at all. Check that the range is plugged in and that no delay-bake or Sabbath setting is on. Don't touch the igniter, its wiring or the valve. Frigidaire stove burner keeps clicking
Clicking that won't stop after a boil-over is nearly always moisture. Water sitting under the burner cap, or wicked into a burner switch, keeps the spark module firing. Turn the knob off, lift the grate and cap once everything is cool, and leave the burner to air-dry for a few hours. Reseat the cap so it sits flat and centred. If it still clicks with every knob off, a switch or a cracked igniter electrode is at fault, and those parts sit right beside gas components that we replace ourselves.
Frigidaire glass top burner not working
On Frigidaire smooth-tops, a single dead zone usually comes down to a burnt radiant element, a tripped limiter or a failed infinite switch. The larger quick-heat elements work harder and are often the first to go. Confirm you've selected the right ring on dual-size elements and that the cooktop lock isn't on. Run your eye across the glass for a crack too: if you find one, stop using the range and switch off the breaker. Frigidaire induction range not recognizing the pan
Frigidaire induction zones look for a magnetic base before they'll switch on. Warped pans, small saucepans on large zones and some stainless steel that only looks magnetic all fail that test.
