About Ilve

ILVE was founded in 1952 in Campodarsego, a small town near Padua in Italy's Veneto region, where it is still headquartered. It began by making cookers for commercial kitchens and, by the mid-1960s, had switched its focus to the home. The name is an acronym for Industria Lavorazione Veneta Elettrodomestici, and production remains centred at its Italian factory, where ranges are assembled largely by hand.

ILVE is best known for freestanding ranges offered in many widths, colours and trim finishes, from the traditional Majestic and Nostalgie series to the more modern Professional Plus and Panoramagic designs.
