About Marvel

Marvel traces its history to 1892, when the Ranney Refrigerator company began building wooden ice boxes in Greenville, Michigan, making it one of the oldest refrigeration names in North America. Over the decades it shifted to compact electric refrigeration. Marvel later became part of AGA Rangemaster, and since Middleby Corporation bought AGA in 2015 it has belonged to Middleby Residential.

Marvel focuses almost entirely on undercounter and compact refrigeration. Its lineup includes 15- and 24-inch refrigerators, refrigerator and freezer drawers, single- and dual-zone wine refrigerators, beverage centres and clear ice machines, with outdoor-rated versions for patios and outdoor kitchens. Many models accept custom panels to match cabinetry, and Marvel is sold through premium appliance dealers in Canada.
