East of Highway 99, former acreages and hobby farms have been transformed since the late 2000s into planned neighbourhoods such as Morgan Heights, Sunnyside Heights and Darts Hill, with new detached homes, coach houses, townhomes and low-rise condos clustered around the shopping at Grandview Corners and Morgan Crossing.
